March 2000:
Richard and the team successfully completed their first event  - the Kall Kwik stages at Down Ampney in Cirencester on 11th March 2000.

Richard and co-driver Ben Winslow finished 2nd in class, a credible 29th overall impressing regular championship contenders with their ability.

They also won the best Newcomers Trophy 2000 award, presented by EDP photography.
With this success the next event at Ditton Priors on April 30th was eagerly awaited and the team were enthusiastic about their chances following their excellent start to the season.
