Bodyshell

New Peugeot Sport bodyshell sent to safety devices for seam welding and roll cage fitting. All body panels modified to reduce weight. Poly glass with sliders.

Engine
Roy Burrell Engines 1.6i 16v DOHC. Big valve cylinder head with Cat rally Cams and 28mm solid lifters. Omega pistons on std lightened balanced rods, with a modified crank, light weight steel flywheel with AP 200mm clutch assy. Jenvey individual throttle bodies Running on QEPs KMS ECU with uego display and in car diagnostic port.

Transmission
Peugeot Sport 5 speed BE3 gearbox with tarmac crown wheel and pinion and higher 5th gear ratio. ZF differential with “long cup shafts”.

Mountings
Peugeot Sport Gpa Engine and Gearbox mounts.

Exhaust & Manifold
Maniflow tubular kit car style manifold and AB Motorsport 1 piece stainless steel exhaust system.

Brakes
QM Engineering Designed AP Racing cp6070 “super 1600” front brake callipers with 310mm 48 vane “super 1600” Discs. Performance Friction pads and SRF fluid. Std rear callipers using 1144 Mintex pads.

Suspension
Dynamics, Citroen “super 1600” Front remote canister inserts mated to fit 106 upright with Peugeot sport threaded adaptor sleeve and spring platforms, gpn top mounts. Rear Dynamics French tarmac citroen remote canister type. 23mm rear torsion bars and uprated anti roll bar, Peugeot france uprated beam bushes.

Pipework
Aeroquip fuel and brake hoses throughout car, all supplied and fitted by Fast Hoses.

Interior
Recaro SPA seats with multi adjustable Magnum brackets and Sabelt 3 inch 5 point harnesses. Magnum carbon door cards and foot trays, alcantara dash to reduce glare from sun, Brantz trip, meter hydraulic hand brake and quick release steering wheel.

Fire Protection
Lifeline electronic plumbed in fire extinguisher and hand held in car device.

Wheels & Tyres
15” Compomotive ET 16 wheels and Michelin tyres. N20 ,N00, TA00 inters and wets.
